But, just a quick tidbit… this short sales course by DC Fawcett is probably the most comprehensive (by comprehensive I mean it goes over a lot of stuff) home study course I’ve seen on the topic of short sales so if this is one area you’d like to focus on, grab some java and watch the review.

Is This Short Sale Course and Partnering Program Right For You?
Truly, I could care less if this program is right for you or not. And, I could *really* care less if you buy this program… all I want is to give you an objective look at the program… tell you the pros and cons… and let you make the decision for yourself.
In my opinion (I’ve seen a lot of short sale courses), this program had the largest “thump factor” (which is both good and bad) of all of the ones I’ve seen… and really went into more detail on the entire process of semi-automated short sale investing than the others I’ve seen. But, it will take discipline to organize yourself and apply the program in bite sized chunks.

Nathan Jurewicz Short Sales Riches program is a solid program for the price (under $400 w/ our coupon code)… but in my opinion you already need some base short sale experience or some good hand holding to apply it well. DC’s program fills in a lot of the gaps for newer investors as well… in my opinion (but it is twice the price… so that’s something to weigh).
So, I believe this program is still $997… it comes w/ the home study program, the deal partnering w/ DC and his team (they provide negotiation for your deals, funding for your deals, etc.)… and a few other cool perks.

I am seriously considering purchasing a short sale system, but with so many to choose from, it’s hard to decide which one is the right one….
I have checked out your reviews on Nathan Jurewicz short sale riches course, but I have also heard of 2 other courses….
The first one is by Coach Pat Martin, “The Real Estate Secret Weapon” – he says, he has a system where I bring him the deal – his team will litigate on the short sale etc and then we find a buyer to flip the property and when it gets sold Pat and I split the profits 50/50. This is great as I am looking to do JV’s.
The second one is by Zac Childress – he seems to be doing something similar to Pat Martin, (not sure, if he will do JV’s with us – something I really need to find out…), but he has a “set it and forget it” automated system to find the deals, make offers etc for you…. which is also great, but I am really looking to do the JV’s
The ideal situation would be to have both systems combined….
My main concerns are to JV as then I dont have to deal with the short sale litigation side of things… and then to flip the property….
Please help with my dilemma as to figuring out which system does what and hopefully this will define which system to purchase ….
