I am new to the real estate business but I can say that I am not doing any of those things that you just described not to do. I have short sale training, some wholesale training. I have found some great websites for finding accurate comps. I have plenty of websites and a service for finding properties. I have my buyers in place but always looking to expand that. I bury myself in real estate forums where I listen , learn and post questions to the pros. My focus right now is wholesales. Being in a different field full time with only 4 years to retire wholesaling works for my schedule. This looks like a great sight, I wish I had found it sooner. Hopefully I will be able to pick up a few pointers and maybe even share a few if I feel I can. Thanks for visit. Well said.
