		<description>A Real Estate Investors needs to be professional and very clear in his/her dealings. There are some mistakes that a Real Estate Investors like a neutral or unprofessional atmosphere, decisions that are baseless, buying property in an area where no research has been done and going beyond the limit with the offer being too high. An Investor should plan on at least one strong exit strategy, experienced and amateur investors make the mistake of not making enough offers, investors who do not have the strong backing of a good team, using the same old clichés and not trying out anything new, making the mistakes of treating investing like a business rather than a hobby and not having a focused view and going about investing without a structured plan.</description>
