Well… I’m back.  As you probably noticed, it has been a little while since our last post.  I had to take a little break and head to Southern Oregon to visit the folks and take care of some of my rental properties. 

I don’t have any “vacations” in the works anytime soon… so you can be sure that our blog will be updated multiple times a week.
