Local real estate markets 2007 – Which markets are still hot?: H-M

Okay… okay… now you can stop pounding down my door about getting this second batch of local real estate market statistics out.

As you can see, there are many nice looking markets around the U.S. to invest in.  In particular, the Biloxi Mississippi area is still hot and the “Go Zone” incentives still apply.

As always, these statistics are provided by our friends over at John Burns Real Estate Consulting  .

Enjoy!
