Well… it is really up to you.
You can submit quality exclusive articles (cannot be posted on any other website) that will be read by thousands of readers each month. If you plan to be a consistent contributor… we will set up a profile page for you which will provide you and your site with exposure to our growing readership.
Also, each article will of course will have a link to your website and all of that fancy stuff to provide you with free PR and exposure to our readership.

If so, here’s what we’re looking for. (we do have requirements to make sure you and your content fit in with our website’s vision, goals, and quality requirements)
- Real people who have experience… and are currently still practicing in:
- Investing in real estate (flipping, wholesaling, buy and hold, commercial, development, short sales, etc.)
- Real estate support services (title company, real estate attorney, Realtor, broker, CPA, appraiser, real estate market stat analyzer, etc.)
- Business building services(real estate business consultant, expertise in building business systems, marketing for investors, etc.)
- Life success principals (can provide insight to our readers how to take action, achieve their goals, get their mindset right, align their investing with their overall life goals, etc.)
Basically, we’re looking for real people out making it happen to provide up to date and actionable content to our readers to help them achieve their real estate investing and life goals. Simple as that.
Our mission is to provide new, struggling, and semi-successful real estate investors with actionable content and resources that will truly help them move forward toward success in real estate and life.
What we’re NOT looking for -
- People writing just to promote their products, services, or website
- Rehashing of the exact same topic with no new spin to it
- Boring and personalityless (I think I just made up a new word…) writing that belongs in a legal dictionary somewhere
- The submission of the same ol’ article that you have sent to 5 other websites
I started this website because I found it difficult to find a great real estate investing website that provided much more than a ton of information on different strategies and how easy it was to use them to make a billion dollars in a month.
Then, on top of that… every article was written by a “guru” who of course had something to sell me in mind when they wrote the article.
Don’t get me wrong… there’s nothing wrong with that at all. That’s great marketing. But, for me… that’s not what I wanted. I didn’t want to buy a course only to get up-sold to another course… to get up-sold to a bootcamp… to get up-sold to a mentorship program.
I got to thinking… there are thousands of real people out there who are successful… way more knowledgeable and successful than most of the gurus… who I’m sure would be more than willing to pass on their knowledge and experience.
So, that’s what we’re out to do.
Bring the real person who is making this happen everyday to the masses to help people in their journey to success with real estate investing. This blog is just one way that we have in the works to bring these real people to the masses… and we’d love it if you would share your knowledge and expertise with the world.
Okay… like I sometimes tend to do… I rambled on way to long.
