Thanks for the comments… and the heads up on the new release of Quicken Rental Property Manager 2009.

I haven’t had a chance to review the 2009 version… but I’m going to purchase it tomorrow and do a quick review.

Also, I know that they have a very good money back guarantee… and do refund promptly with no problems (I’ve done it before). So, at the very least, you can purchase and download the software… try it out… and if you don’t like it return it.

I was just about to buy TenantFile and found out Quicken has a new version of Rental Property Manager that’s part of Quicken Home & Business 2009…but can’t find any trial version to see if it has what I need (I own & manage 3 commercial properties, total of 10 tenants). Any chance of a review (please please???)?

Hey Darci,

Nope, it’s still their current version. I’m not sure what BBB is talking about… almost seems like a ploy to get you to buy another software that they earn more money on… but that’s just speculation.

I actually purchased it a couple weeks back… no problems… and 9 other readers have emailed me saying they purchased it last week also.

If you want it, I’d purchase it directly through Quicken… not BBB.

So, ya… I’m not sure what to say about BBB… but it’s still in production and we’ve had readers last week that purchased it w/ no problems at all.
