Okay… back from my short hiatus…
Whew,
I’m trying to catch up in my real business from my week “off” last week in Orlando. Ya,
technically I wasn’t working… but I did learn a ton to advance my businesses that I will implement in 2008.
So, I met some real estate investors in Orlando and made some great contacts. Mike Collins (wholesaler) was there and I really got to know him pretty well. He has some exciting things coming out for investors… and is making the whole “boot camp” thing a whole lot more honest and clean. If you don’t like paying a few hundred (or thousand) bucks to go to a seminar… that is only meant to sell you more crap… you’ll want to watch out for Mike’s new “Pitch Free” seminars w/ the most honest and top quality real estate experts in the U.S. (no more “big name” guru’s pitching their $10k mentor programs… where they don’t even mentor anyone at all).
So, I know… this post doesn’t go very far as far as content goes… but I wanted to update you and let you know that I’m still alive.
What we have in the works for content in the next few weeks is based directly on reader questions. So, whatever the readers want to learn… is what I’ll teach (with the help of other experts who know what they’re doing).
My aim is to turn the real estate investing industry on its head and provide high quality content and resources for FREE or for very little investment vs. the value.
Most of the content I upload in 2008 will be completely free…
… and I have ideas for a couple very in-depth, detailed, multi-week modules/coaching programs that will be hugely time intensive for me… so I’ll have to charge a small investment… but I promise you it will do more to get you into action in real estate investing than those $3k boot camps… and it will be just a small fraction of the cost.
And, the content will be geared around action plans, building legitimate businesses, real world stuff… not 3 year old hearsay that the gurus tend to push on you for outrageous amounts.
I’m not against gurus… I just know that most of them produce nothing but crap… and the ones who do produce great stuff (Steve Cook, Preston Ely, Brad Wozny) leave out an important element or two that can make or break your success. I learned it the hard way.
Anyhow, I’ll quit rambling.
If you haven’t already, shoot your questions my way and we’ll start producing the step-by-step content for you based on what actual investors are doing as we speak (including myself).
