You know that private money getting video series we’ve been putting out the last week or so?

Well… it kind of went a little farther than we had originally planned.

Here’s the Deal…

This last September I invited a full-time investor name Patrick Riddle on for a 100% free no pitch webinar workshop on "getting private money".  We’d been getting so many questions about it that I thought it would be a great topic for a free webinar.

So, we had over 800 people register for the webinar… and Patrick and I taught for a full 2 hours straight in 2 different workshops (4 hours in total).   All for free…

Well… we kept getting a ton of emails about detailed questions and a few things we didn’t cover (way too much to cover in 2 hours) in the private money workshop… so Patrick and I decided to put together some more free video training on private money that we just finished up last Friday… and we called it the "Private Money Blueprint " because there was over 3 more hours of "private money getting" step by step instruction for free… and we threw up a website to house all of that content… and future content that we’ll put out every month.

Anyhow…

We ended up getting a ton of emails (I got over 43 emails to my gmail account… I’m not sure how many Patrick got) over the past 7 days… and we got another 30+ comments on our blogs with more comments and questions about private money and how to get it.

There’s a big need out there… people are confused as heck w/ private money and how to get it… and realize that without private money it’s almost impossible to finance investment real estate deals today.

So, we’ve decided to take a few people and walk them through the process personally in a 6 week coaching program (with a ton of other stuff… crazy high value)

Truthfully…

I’m not going to try to pull the wool over your eyes and tell you that Patrick and I hadn’t thought of it sooner… a couple months back we talked about and did preliminary plans to launch a small "coaching" program to 10-20 students and basically walk them through where they are now to securing private money for their deals in just 90 days… we’d guarantee they would get at least $100k in private money or they’d get their money back… success or they don’t pay.

But, we were planning on launching it in early ‘09… but truthfully some of the emails Patrick and I were getting made us change our minds and accelerate it a bit because there are a bunch of people who took the time to email us and ask us how they could learn more.

So, Here It Is…

Patrick and I had a pow wow over the weekend… and one today to finalize a very small pilot Private Money coaching program where we’ll walk just 20 students through to getting and securing over $100k in private money committments in just 90 days.

Like I said, when we originally put out the video series we hadn’t planned on opening up a coaching program so soon… but there’s an obvious need… and we’d be doing a dis-service by NOT helping these people reach success.

At the time I filmed the video we hadn’t hammered down an investment yet… but now we have… and it’ll be well below $1k … which is crazy for us to do because of all you’ll get and the time investment we’ll have with you.  And, there’ll be a payment plan for those who can’t buck up the investment… but really it’s so high value that you’ll be amazed and you’ll probably wonder what’s missing in the program thats making it so low of an investment.

Truthfully… we’re not gurus … we’re investors and we’re not in the business of making millions by charging $1,297 for a home study course (which another private money "guru" charges).  We’re doing this to help 20 people reach success in a NO BS way … from real investors… and we have to make it worth our while to spend this amount of time… and we’ll guarantee it’ll be worth 100x yours.

But, we’re charging so little because we’re more into the whole "paying it forward " mindset where as you pay your successes forward you’ll receive 10x more back… that’s the kind of guys we are.

We’re taking applications on Tuesday, November 11th at 12 PM PST (3 PM EST) and are seriously only taking 20 students.  Applications will be approved as they come in… and it’s first come first served.  The reason we’re taking applications is because since we’re giving so much personal time and we’re only taking on 20 students… we want to work with only people who are motivated and will do what we teach.  If you seem like a jerk… we probably won’t want to work with you.  So, not all applications are  guaranteed to be accepted… and the first 20 to be accepted are on the "inside" with us.

I know, this is a departure from the free content we’ve been putting out for over 2 years at The REI Brain dot Com… but we felt that this topic is so vital that we need to focus more energy on teaching it in more detail… and truthfully my wife would kill me if I spent the next 6 – 8 weeks teaching a course that I charged nothing for… and my own businesses would suffer too.

Free is cool 90% of the time … but there is a point where some premium hand holding instruction and mentoring is necessary… and that should require an investment.
