December 2008 Real Estate Market Report
Alrighty… here we are again… that time of the month.
The end of the year is right around the corner… and here are the real estate market stats for December are already here as provided by our friends at John Burns Consulting .
As you know, the Fed has dropped interest rates drastically in the last month or two which is opening up a bit more funds for buyers of houses; however, some lending restrictions remain pretty darn tight.
