Jason Gilbert Commercial Millions Course Review

Hey all… I’m going to keep my typing short… because I made a video for ya with all of the info on it that you need.

Basically… we had about 16 people email in the last day or so asking about Jason Gilberts Commercial Millions course… and whether or not it’s worth it to pick it up… or the Commercial Millions home study course.

Well… here’s my full review and a walk through of the actual Commercial Millions home study course.

Enjoy :-)

**For the first 3 minutes of the video… feel free to go grab a glass of water… I rewatched it and it looks really stupid ;-) But the actual review is pretty darn solid :-)

**NOTE: In the video once again it says a $250 rebate… that’s no longer available. But, check out below to get a $150 manual.

Here’s that link for the $150 rebate on Commercial Millions home study (of course… this is for the home study course… not the $7 blueprints).

$150 Rebate Link <<—-  (must use that link to get the rebate)

** NOTE: A few people bought Commercial Millions through someone elses link then came to me wanting the rebate… doesn’t work that way.  You have to click the link above and purchase the course through that link to tag you as my visitor in their tracking system at the time of purchase… when you buy through that link… we’ll verify you bought through the link… and once the 30 day refund period is up… we’ll cut you your $150 rebate check and get it off to ya asap.

After you buy, send your receipt to us at admin [at] thereibrain [dot] com (of course… replace [at] w/ @ and [dot] w/ a period).  We can’t send you your rebate unless we get your receipt.

Cool?  Small price to pay for $150 huh?

Thanks!

- Trevor

  1. Hi Trevor,

Awesome video. Its not often that one gets an unbiased opinion on a product without anything attached to it. From what I’ve seen, you are one of the few people that do this. The video was very informative. As you mentioned, the info in the course is good. But, one has to remind oneself to keep focused on doing one project at a time, otherwise you will end up with several unfinished projects and broke.

    Keep doing a good job.

    Regards,
    Ismael Jusino

  2. Hey Ismael,

Thanks for the comments my man!

Ya, I’m sure I give up a ton of affiliate sales doing it this way… but in the end I’d rather have loyal subscribers who trust me than make a quick buck over the short term.

Yep… you’re 100% right. Too many people jump from opportunity to opportunity and buy course after course… and never focus on getting good at one single thing. That leads nowhere but to brokeville.

Great hearing from ya… thanks for your comments and don’t hesitate to get a hold of me anytime!

  6. I tried the $250 rebate link, but it took me to a “free video” page that did not have a link to order the course. I wanted to buy the course…Please advise.

    Jim

  7. Hey Jim,

    Thanks for the note.

Yep, the link was active during their product launch last month… I’m working with them to get a new live link that goes to the course purchase page… hopefully I’ll have it up here asap and I’ll update this page… and yes… the rebate is still good when we get the new link… but it’ll be $100 instead of $250 because the $250 was one we were only able to offer during their launch.

Thanks for visiting! Hop on our newsletter and we’ll get you the link once we get it.

  14. Where did the video review go? Says it was deleted in June…would like to hear what you have to say about Jason’s course!

  15. Hey dude how can I get the org to stop billing my card for a program I never committed to order? I can’t afford JG right now, hell I can’t pay for dog food!

  16. Have you put together any master leases since you have purchased Jason,s program?

  17. Dear Trevor: Thank you very much for your website. We need good and honest reviews of these courses. I have been interested in real estate, in particular commercial real estate since the early 80’s. That is when I joined a ‘group’ in Beverly Hills on a ‘joint’ venture agreement to locate properties for them. It was a $1,000 buy in for a 50/50 split.

At the time, I was doing delivery work as an independent contractor for the studios. I had the perfect day job; driving all over Southern California, listing down all the properties for sale that I could see.

Most of these were commercial properties. In the evening after work, I would go into the Beverly Hills Brokerage Firm and they would do the analyses on the properties. They came out and took pictures of a couple of the properties that I had listed. One of them was a 5 story building on Fairfax Ave. They were asking about $3,000,000 for it. They didn’t do the deal because they thought they would not be able to get any long term leases from the tenants who were renting from month-to-month. (At that time, I did not know anything about commercial RE. I have since learned a
little more after reading the book on Commercial RE by Dolf De Roos; and purchasing the ‘home-study-course’ of the Institute of Commercial RE.)

I am very interested in Jason Gilbert’s course because, and only because of the ‘joint venture’ aspect. I don’t need any more home study cd’s or
3 day wokshops! I know this stuff works because I used to do this; locate properties for people. Even though I have not done any large deals yet, I know they are out there. I never lost my enthusiasm for this because I know that there are many ways to make money in RE. I would like to share some of this knowledge with you and your people.

First, I would like to recommend the Robert Allen 3-day course; originally $3,000, but it is now ‘free’! ewireg1.com When you call, ask for Lorenzo Spencer. I attended this course in March of 2008. That is when my interest in RE was re-kindled! They talked about things that I had not heard about before; like ‘BillBoards’! Some of those billboards you see all along the highway are taking in $20,000-to-$30,000 a month in advertising revenues! The Giant ones up on the Sunset Strip take in $150,000 a month!

I just attended the Armando Montelongo 3-day workshop. I partnered up with someone who got in for 1/2 price. The reason I did this was because the man who teaches their seminars talked about ‘joint venturing’ with the students. In fact, he told us about one of their ‘deals’ where they were going to make $4.5 Million, and the student was going to make $20 Million on just one deal! Of course they did not tell us aabout the $25,000 bus trips where they actually partner up with the students.

Forget about Neuveou Riche! Unless you want to fly back and forth to Phoenix for the next 2 years, taking all their courses; $20,000 up front for the ‘Regents’ package and another $20,000 for airfare…etc.

I do recommend ‘Personal Real Estate Investor’ Magazine. The publisher’s name is Andrew Waite. He is a very nice person and is a business associate of Dolf De Roos; both are from New Zealand. I introduced my wife to Mr. Waite in May of 2008 at the AZREIA Conference in Phoenix.

I do like Cherif Medawar; Institute of Commercial Real Estate. I spoke with him about a year ago when he did a couple of seminars in this area.
He has very positive outlook, very creative; and is the largest holder of ‘Historical’ properties inthe U.S. I have not finished all of the dvd’s in the course yet; and I have not organized my group yet. I am trying to put together a small group to concentrate on Commercial RE.

Another person I can recommend very highly is: A.D. Kessler; Robert Allen’s Mentor and copywrited the term ‘Creative Real Estate’ back in 1947! His famous book is called: “A Fortune at your Feet”.

Please try to do a review of Institute of Commercial RE. And J.Scott Scheel.

    Thank You, and GOD Bless,

    Justin

  18. Hey Justin,

Thanks for the comment and the feedback on those programs! I’ve never gone through any of them so I’m glad you could give us first hand feedback.

Ya, we’ll put Scotts program on our list to review probably the first of the year.

    Thanks!

    – trevor

  19. Justin, thanks for the website and input. Do you have an idea for me to locate free and clear properties. Thanks
ps. Also what is the fastest way to get the mortgage balances on properties?

  20. Hey Trevor.. Ma Idol! Can you put a review of David Lindahl’s Apartment House Riches course? the $995 ( too large for me since I’m in the Philippines), please put a review..thank you thank you……

  21. The concepts are simple but the deals are not as easy as they sound. I’ve been in his program for several months & spent 1000’s of dollars in his other programs and nothing to show for yet. Do your research and watch out for the upsell to his inner circle program and other offers.

  22. Hey William,

    Thanks for the comment!

Yep, agree 100%. The general concept of real estate investing itself are extremely simple… wholesaling is very simple… but, it’s the actual implementation of the strategies and getting out of your comfort zone a lot that is the more difficult part.

I do know people personally doing deals like Gilbert teaches (actually the people I know were doing it long before Gilbert created his program) so there are a ton of these deals being done… but it does take work.

    Good luck!
