Whew!

It’s almost 90 degrees today and there isn’t a cloud in sight!  Finally… summer is here

My wife and I just got back from a 5 day camping trip w/ the family last week and I feel refreshed as heck.

We caught some fish…

We went for a great bike ride (I got whooped by an old man going up a hill… I don’t want to  talk about that …

… and my 2 companies made me money each and every day while I was away up in the wilderness.

That’s what financial independence is all about.

Making money when you sleep and not having to worry about trading hours for dollars.

Anyhow, a fellow REIbrain subscriber emailed me over the weekend and I just now came across it today as I was catching up on my 754 emails in my inbox (lol, and that’s not an exaggeration).

Well Stacy… first off… thanks for the email!

Second, I’ve gotten a bagillion emails from the “gurus” the last week too and I’ll be 100% honest…

… Richard signed me up as an “affiliate” for his launch a few weeks back so I could make a few bucks if I wanted to let my subscribers know about it.

Here’s the deal and my honest take on Richard Roops launch (it’s called the Free and Clear Cash Machine).

I was going to film you a video here in my office… but I couldn’t get the darn video camera on my new Mac Book Pro to work right… so I decided to type out my take on Richard Roops program for ya here.

The Cliff Notes:

Pros:

• Comes w/ a full video DVD of a workshop Richard Roop did on the 28 day system and a nifty 17 page step by step action plan guide for each of the 28 days in the system.
• Gives bullet points of exactly what should be done each of the 28 days to start from scratch to closing a deal in 28 days
• Lol, isn’t quadruple spaced 42 point font like some of the other “$9″ thingys have been.  It’s single spaced.
• The DVD walks through in more detail on some things (like Richard gives his private money elevator speech and some other stuff) that aren’t talked about in the little 17 page reference manual
• Gives specific resources that Richard Roop uses in his business (like click2mail.com and others that will help to save you time and money)
• Really cool part is that Richard really spells out how you can (and should) systematize your biz so you’re not working on the stuff that sucks to do.  You should only work on the stuff that makes you money and outsource the rest… Richard describes how you can do that.
• Overall… it’s a REALLY great value for the $9.

Cons:

Just like with anything there are some things I dislike as well.  Here they are…

• Granted, the product is only $9 (which is a steal for what you get… if you take action on it that is … but I wish he’d give the specific scripts he uses to speak to sellers/buyers.  He gives a script of what he says to private lender prospects in the DVD and some other really cool tid bits that I’m going to add to my arsenal… but talking to sellers could be covered a bit more.
• As is with the nature of the $9 – $20 products… Richard Roop of course can’t give away all of his secrets, forms, scripts, and materials for just $9… he would be an idiot to do so and it wouldn’t be a very good value use of his time.  So, if you’re expecting to get a $1,000 course for $9 this isn’t for you.You’ll get the step by step day by day list of things you need to do in each of the 28 days to see success with free and clear investment properties (he has some really cool strategies to get cash out at closing he talks about in the DVD)… but you’re not going to get 100% of the tools (forms, scripts, software, etc.) for the $9… nor should you be so cheap that you think you should get that for just $9.  (Richard would be an idiot to do that).  So, they offer the full course with all of the scripts, forms, software, marketing, etc. for a reasonable price later on… but it’s not required.
• There is a monthly coaching program attached to the $9 purchase that you are given a 30 day free trial to.  If you don’t like it just cancel it before the 30 days and you won’t be charged.  You’re a grown person so if this is a reason you’re using to not get the $9 course… that’s lame.  Just mark it on your calendar for 20 days from now to cancel if you don’t like the monthly coaching program.  That gives you a full 10 days to get a hold of support and get it taken care of.  But, I’ve been a member of Richard Roops “Killer Conversations” monthly subscription for over a year and the value he provides each month is insane… hence the reason I’ve been paying him each and every month for over a year.

That’s about it.

This thing is only $9 so I’m not going to do a huge write up on it like it’s a $1k product.

But, here is my final recommendation.

Final Recommendation on Richard Roop s Free and Clear Cash Machine

Okay, I’m the type of guy who is continually learning and buying books and courses.  But, the only difference between me and someone who is struggling to make it is that I actually apply what I learn very quickly.  For instance, the $9 was a small price to pay for me to get Richards DVD and booklet because I’m only looking for 1 idea to implement in my business from that material.  And, that one idea will return thousands of times more than the $9 I invested.

So, my final recommendation on Richard Roops program is that since it’s only $9 during his launch this week it’s worth grabbing.  I’ve seen at least 6 ideas in the 17 page booklet and DVD that I’m going to implement… and for me that’s worth way more than the $9.  Lol, and frankly… it would have cost me a heck of a lot more than $9 worth of my time to research on the internet trying to find this same information for free.  I value my time… and so should you.

I haven’t started to dig into the free 30 day trial of his monthly coaching (that is under $100)… but the same thing goes.  If I get ideas (which I know I will just based on the value Richard’s Killer Conversations monthly subscription has given me for the past 12 months) I’ll implement them and keep the monthly membership as long as I keep getting ideas and nuggets that I can implement and in turn provide a lot more value to me and my business than the monthly subscription.

And, if you don’t want any part of that free 30 day trial just cancel it after you order and you only have to pay that $9.  Pretty sweet deal in my opinion.

So, grab the $9 DVD and reference manual w/ the daily step by step actions you need to take over the next 28 days to put $5k – $10k in your pocket in 28 days.  I can honestly say that the $9 is WELL WORTH it just w/ the couple solid ideas I’m going to implement in my own biz next week.  If you don’t plan to implement what you learn just pass on this because even a $50k program won’t help you.
