  1. Thanks very much for what seems to be a very measured, objective review of Doug’s course. I recall RE guru Bill Bronchick say that people always ask if creative techniques work in THEIR area, and he has taken to replying, “it works everywhere…except where you live!” Mindful of that, I live Las Vegas, where the only college, UNLV, is about 75% commuter students. Doug seems to indicate that you can do this even if you don’t live in a college town, but out of town landlording is invariably problematic, and YOUR comments about virtual investing seem to indicate that’s not gonna work with this system. So, my first question is, are there certain areas, such as Vegas, where it might not be prudent to do the system in your opinion? Secondly, I would think that right now, as we approach the end of a semester, would be a particularly bad time to try to rent out houses with students, or does the course address that? Finally, if, assuming my above mentioned concerns are not valid, and I wanted to purchase the course in a week or two, would the $299 a month deal still be available? Thanks.
