Quicken Rental Property Manager 2010 is pretty darn easy to use, even if you aren’t tech savvy. It has a way to integrate your personal finances, prints multiple reports (especially useful at tax time), and is very easy to add new property or tenant information…. but… it also has several down sides… as I show in the full video and written review through the link below.
