Optimize Your Online Squeeze Pages – SIMs 2.0 Review and Free Training

Hope you’re having a great weekend!

Are Your Squeeze Pages Converting Like They Should?? (probably not)

Are you?  If you are… are you tracking those leads, converting those leads through squeeze pages, and using squeeze pages that are effective?

Most people aren’t.  Even if you have a squeeze page up… odds are your squeeze page is leaving a lot of leads out there in no mans land just because your squeeze pages aren’t structured correctly.

So… I filmed a quick 10 min vid while I’m here at the coffee shop doing a little bit of “personal growth” time today :-)

Grab your notes… and I’ll show you ways you can implement this weekend to increase the conversion on your squeeze pages (and if you don’t have squeeze pages the SIMs guys will show you on a webinar this monday how they’ll create them all for you and set up your autoresponders and lead trackers as well… great stuff).

Enjoy :-)

  • Property Launch Formula - Awesome 7 step marketing plan you can use to market your properties for faster sales
  • Squeeze Page Training – They call it the WSSPR report… I guess to sound fancier. I call it… a 15 minute squeeze page advanced training intensive
  • Tri Marketing – Awesome mindshift you need to  make in your marketing… you NEED this
  • Sellpoint – Sign up for free on that before Tuesday for a free account for 2 years. It markets your properties FOR YOU online for free. Great free tool.

Here’s the link again.  You have to register for the webinar first, then it’ll take you to the free training area.  I think on the webinar they are going to be going over a full demo of the new OpenRoad3 system where they’ll set up all of your online marketing for you (websites, squeeze pages that convert well, free reports, email autoresponder campaigns, direct mail campaigns, track your leads and deals, etc.).

  1. I am a disappointed customer of SIMS 2.0. The squeeze pages they offer are NOT SEO optimized. So, unless a person knows all about Meta tags, key words, effective titles and descriptions, the SIMS 2.0 squeeze pages are useless. No one is going to find these pages on the Internet without being directed to them.

Also, everyone needs to BEWARE that Realeflow charges monthly subscription fees for SIMS 2.0…not just the $1997…and they will NOT send invoices or receipts to let you know they are billing you. If you object, they will keep your money but cut off your account…a waste of $2400+ !

  2. Hey Simon, thanks for the comment. I actually had a Sim 2.0 account… and I know it was in the terms and on the checkout page… but it did pretty clearly (in my opinion) state the monthly fee. If I remember correctly it was around $100 or I think they had a $197/mo plan too… but it was clearly stated on the order/checkout form and the terms. I agree w/ the squeeze pages. The SIMs squeeze pages can be optimized… but out of the box ya… they’re not the best SEO in the world. Really… no website system I’ve ever seen is “optimized”… all the system creators can do is create a web system that at its foundation has SEO optimization elements… but in order to get real search rankings someone has to personally do the keyword research that will apply for your specific market… and put those on the page. Even then… its really hard to get a 1 page squeeze page to the top of the search engines… thats what blogs are really great at.

I’m sorry for your experience… I’ve had good experiences with them… but I know their stuff definitely isn’t right for everyone.
