If you can’t tell… my buddy JP over at flippinghomes.com sent me this email. I’ve had time to chat with JP several times recently and it is easy to tell that he is a man of faith and has a passion for helping people (just like I do).

Whether it’s helping people succeed in real estate investing… or helping children find a glimmer of chance in life…

… helping people is part of me… and what keeps me going every day.

Anyhow, I urge you to head over to www.theforsakenchildrenproject.com and at least check out what it is all about.

To sum it up… these 10 REI experts have donated $2,367.95 worth of real estate investing education… that you can gain access to for only a $20 donation (100% of which goes to the cause… no admin expenses are taken out).

The goal of the project is to raise $20,000... but I have a sneaking suspicion that with your help (and the work my team is doing on promoting this on the internet… at my own expense), this little ol’ community we call The REI Brain (Brainiacs!) can make a huge difference in thousands of children’s lives.
