Free Wholesaling Real Estate Resources - 3 Hours Video 4 Hours Audio…
Here’s what this update is about (a ton of free REI resources):
- Wholesaling resources including a ton of free audio and 3 hours of video. Cool stuff I thought you’d enjoy.
- What the hell I’ve been up to for the past 3 weeks… some good - some bad
- Happy St. Patty’s Day!
You probably know, the past few weeks have been crazy for me.
I won that trip to Florida for a business building conference… and met some awesome people. I’ll tell you about it later.
The website redesign is finally done… and we’ll be converting the site over to the new
design in the next 2 weeks. (I know… I’ve been saying this for months… but it is finally true… once I get it up I’d appreciate your HONEST feedback on it. )
And… a sad note on my personal front.
A couple weeks back… actually when I was still in Florida my grandmother passed away from a long battle with cancer.
She was an awesome woman and she really had a huge impact on a ton of people (there
were just under 500 people at her funeral! That goes to show the kind of person she
was).
So… I apologize I haven’t been keeping in touch very good recently.
Okay….
I have a couple things for you. To me integrity is a huge thing. Without integrity, you really don’t have a whole lot.
That’s why I’m pretty damn picky when it comes to the REI resources I tell you about.
In the world of wholesaling real estate, there are 3-4 people in the real estate education industry I trust.
They are:
- Brad Wozny
- Steve Cook (and his sidekick Jp)
- Preston Ely (crazy dude but knows his stuff)
- Mike Collins (had many a conversation w/ Mike… great
guy)
Other than them, the courses and seminars out there are either crappy, or the people putting on the seminars don’t have the high moral integrity that I can trust.
Anyhow, just in the past 2 weeks a couple of these guys have come out w/ truly kick butt programs that are changing the industry…
… FOR THE BETTER… FINALLY.
First, A Few Hours of Free Audios From Steve Cook
Steve Cook and Jp shot me an email yesterday and I chatted w/ Jp on the phone about some cool fre.e audios that they put up a few days back.
- no catch
- no opt in
Just great content right there for you to use at no cost. I listened to the audios yesterday and I’m jealous that I can’t take the credit for putting this new content out.
Here’s the link to the page. It’s not an affiliate link… just passing on great info and resources you can put to use today.
Jp mentioned that they’ll be taking them down next week… so check them out for sure.

And… and 3 Hours of Free Videos of Mike Collins Teaching Wholesaling in Todays Market
I had a chance to meet up w/ Mike Collins in Florida and spent a few days w/ him talking real estate.
Mike and I have the same philosophy when it comes to REI education.
… Give awesome content at an awesome value and don’t pitch the hell out of people after they pay for a product.
Simple as that. If I’m buying something the last thing I want is to be pitched to buy another product… that’s just crap.
Anyhow, Mike and I were chatting and they put on a “Pitch Free Seminar” a few months back as a test.
… well, in short… .the attendees loved it… so Mike is putting together another one for April.
Mike put together 3 hours of video from his previous seminar w/ a ton of awesome wholesaling strategy for todays market…
… and I asked him to put it on his blog for free.
So, check out those videos over at his blog:
Also, his next pitch fre.e seminar is in early April and has 14 real life investors teaching at it… including Steve Cook and Preston Ely.
So, this might be an awesome opportunity to learn from 3 of the 4 wholesalers that I trust…
… live in person… without any sleazy pitch laden presentations.
You can see where the seminars at and who else will be there over here:

—————–
I did go ahead and join Mike’s “affiliate program”… which means if you decide that this awesome seminar is right for you… and will finally get you over the hump in REI…
… I’ll earn a bit of a commission if you put me as the person who referred you.
Now, I’m not telling you about this because I’m hoping to make $ off of you.
Ya, I do like to make a big o coin every now and then so I can keep this site up and running for you… but my aim isn’t to exploit my trust w/ you for a buck. I wouldn’t tell you that I would get a bit of commission if I was trying to pull one over on you would I?
In fact, I’m not sure what I would actually get if you did want to sign up… but I know this could be a huge opportunity for you so I‘ll give you a secret gift worth at least $500… that I know you will be estatic about for your real estate investing business (this isn’t some crappy gift that’s actually worth $50… but I say it’s worth $500 to trick you… it’s worth at least $500 guaranteed)
If you realize the opportunity Mikes pitch free seminar is for you if you want to get into wholesaling in this perfect storm real estate market (for investors anyway!)…
… this could really give you a head start and an advantage… once again w/ 3 of the 4 wholesale educators that I trust in the entire industry (these guys are the real deal and have integrity).
Wow, this was way longer than I was planning… and my wife Carly is poking me in the shoulder to get my butt up and dust the living room before our friends get here (gotta love house work!)
So, let me summarize real quick:
1. Check out the audios Steve and Jp put up on their site (fr.ee stuff)
2. Check out the 3 hours of video from Mike’s previous pitch f.ree seminar (yup, fre.e stuff again)
3. Check out the info for the pitch fre.e seminar that is going on in early April (seminar’s not f.ree… but seriously will be the event of the year for learning wholesaling)
There you have it. I thought you’d enjoy this stuff… let me know if you did.
P.S. - Remember, Jp said he’s taking down the audios next week… so check them out this weekend.
