Thanks for the forms. I’m new to the investor business and can see a great need in the future. However, I was unable to open the following.

Seller information form.
Short application for buyers.
Standard Purchase and sale agreement w/seller financing.
Standard purchase and sales agreement

I’m curious… and very grateful but can’t help thinking, How come there is no option to get each section as one zip file?
