		<description>Hi Trevor,

I seem to remember seeing something on your website about investing your IRA into your real estate. I have been trying to find it today with little success.

I have 4 unit income properties some with traditional and one with a private loan (no 2nd positions).

I have about $10,000 in a Roth IRA and another $5,000 for 2008 to put in. I have put much more than $10,000 into this Roth IRA and want to see it make money, as opposed to what it has done.

Can I roll this into my own property somehow? Is it simple or does it require a lawyer and a bunch of fees? Are there annual or other fees ongoing? Could you point me to resources to learn more?

Thank You
