Follow the Rules When Talking to Investors

Whether you’re looking for investors in your company to help with start up costs or you’re looking for investors to purchase properties, there are definite legal steps you need to take before taking even one dollar from them.

We always recommend you have a real estate attorney to give you advice as well but this video is just a quick sampling of two things you should always do before making a deal with investors: verifying their wealth and having a legal disclosure of risks.

Miss these two very important items and you could be setting yourself up for a serious lawsuit.
