Jim Fleck Reviews – Review of Jim Fleck and His Fast Cash Profit System

Okay… this was just put on our radar last week by an REIbrain reader… and we’ve had several readers since then ask about doing a Jim Fleck review and the Fast Cash Profit System for real estate he’s bringing out to the market.

So, be on the lookout on this page over the next 48 hours for the full review of Jim Fleck and his new program. We just need to get our hands on the program first so we can do a full and honest review for you.

If you’re on the fence about buying what he’s selling (which I’m frankly not sure exactly what it is yet)… bookmark this page, join our newsletter, and we’ll email you a full video review of his program with all of the pros and cons so you can make a well educated decision without the pressure.

Sound like a plan?

P.S. – Here is the link to see the information from Jim Flecks company about his new product. We’ll be doing a full review on this product this week for you.

Note: Here at The REI Brain dot com we are dedicated to providing you with great free content, resources, training, and product reviews. All of this is not cheap for us to do and we’ve got to pay the bills… so, if you find a product or recommendation or review of a product on our website or in our emails we likely do earn a revenue when our visitors purchase the product/service/program through the links on our website. That is a great way that we’ve found to help pay for our expenses and to continue providing you with great content for free. However, with that said… we are *never* going to sell out to make a quick buck and feel very strongly that every product we introduce you to or that we recommend in a review is truly a great product, at a great value, that we have personally reviewed prior to any recommendation or review. Out of every product we do recommend, there are over 20 that we look at that we feel are not worthy of our recommendation to our valued readers.

What happened to the full Jim Fleck review? Thanks.

  2. reibrain October 25, 2009 at 8:52 pm #

Hey David, thanks for the comment! I ended up not getting access to the upfront product (the $7 DVD package) until this last Friday… and they sold out that day so we didn’t have time to put together a full detailed review for you… and I wasn’t going to cop out and do a review when I hadn’t seen the product myself.

So, I apologize for the delay… but if anyone still wants the review just leave a comment here and if we get a few more comments from people wanting it we’ll do it and put it up here online for everyone. Thanks!

I’d like to know about Jim Fleck’s Fast Profit Strategies coaching.
I received the digital DVD online & then was charged $97 – can’t find out how to cancell……. but ALSO was called about the coaching program – 6 mo’s for $15,000 (th!!! Sounds good, but that’s a heck of a lot of money – -they say they’ve been doing the coaching for quite a number of years. What do you know about it????? Would like a review, please.

    Hey D.K.

Thanks for the comment! Ya, I got Flecks DVD and after I got it I got an email and something in the mail that told me how to cancel it. I don’t have those on me right now… but I do know that in the materials it was made pretty clear how to cancel the membership. I’ll have my assistant dig it up and post it. On the coaching, I do know that Jim owns a Remax in Illinois and does consistent deals each month… a lot in the bulk reo area… but I’ve never personally gone through his coaching so I can’t tell you for sure what it’s like. I would assume it’s good… but just like anything… even a coaching program can’t make someone take action… it takes massive action on your end to make it work.

    Thanks for the comment!

Jim Fleck has advertised his program as Fast Profit Wholesale Millions, I just want to know if anyone has tried it and finds it legitimate. Thank you.

Yes I am still waiting to find out if this is a scam or legit…there has been some negative write ups on the forums about him and his company associates.

  10. Trevor M February 22, 2010 at 5:40 pm #

    Hey Arzella and Dabia,

    Thanks for your comments!

Well… I can personally tell you that Jim Fleck isn’t a scam… and he is actually investing in todays market (we were referring him our bulk reo buyers for his REO packages he has been putting out)… yes, he’s legit.

However, I’ve never taken or seen any of his courses other than his free DVD a while back… so I can’t speak for the actual content of his programs or coaching, but… to answer your question… yes, he is an actual investor and entrepreneur in todays market… and no, he’s not a scam.

However, with that said… even with the best resource and training… you’re going to get a good percentage of people going online and posting negative stuff about it.

Heck… Donald Trump is the real deal (as we all know), but you wouldn’t believe how many people ask or say that he’s a “scam”.

Truthfully… the thing people need to realize is that there isn’t any course, program, coaching, etc. that will *make* you a successful investor or *make* you money. 98% of it is up to the student having the right mindset, realizing it’s *not* going to happen easily or overnight, realizing it WILL take work (a lot of work) to be successful, taking risks, not giving up too soon, etc.

The other 2% is the actual course content. The Carleton Sheets program isn’t a good program at all in my opinion… very basic stuff. However, that’s the only real estate course I ever bought before I did my first deal. I was successful because I didn’t rely on “magic bullets”, I applied what I knew until it worked (and learned what I didn’t know by going out and meeting people in my area who were already doing it), and I didn’t blame my failures on the Carleton Sheets course and go out and post negative comments about it on the net.

I learned from my mistakes… and improved on them because I knew I was going to make it work with enough work and dedication.

Lol, I guess where I’m going w/ this is this…

… with any program (and I’m not promoting or advocating any program right now… this is general stuff) there’s going to be a lot of people who frankly aren’t going to be successful w/ any program… don’t get results… and blame it on the “guru” and label them as a “scam”.

Or, perhaps… there are a few customers who have billing troubles… and first thing think “this must be a scam” and give up (I’ve had billing troubles w/ Amazon buying a book before… but they’re not a scam… are they?).

Long story short… there are scams out there and I respect the due diligence you’re doing before you put up your hard earned money.

But, don’t spend too much time looking for negative reviews (the vast majority of people who see success you’ll never hear about because they don’t have time to go and post comments on forums) because eventually that will get your mind into that same negative mindset… and is really poisoning to your success.

Do your due diligence… decide if a program has a good guarantee, has an actual phone number you can call, and sounds right for you… then invest in it and immediately when you get it start to put it to action. Then, if it ends up not being right for you return it for a refund. But, the biggest factor in success and failure isn’t in the quality of the program… it’s the quality of the action and dedication from the student.

Sorry this comment wasn’t directly answering your question… since I haven’t got a chance to review Jims products yet… but, overall… the people who post negative reviews of stuff online… 9 out of 10 times will never be successful in anything they do simply because of their mindset and priority on actions. So, take those with a grain of salt… realize there is no magic bullet and anything worthwhile will take work… a lot of work… and go into it knowing you’ll make it work no matter what.

    Hope that helps 🙂

    Good luck!

    Trevor,

    Well said.

I too can tell you that Jim Fleck is a real person because, well, he’s me.

I actually sell my DVD for $7.95 which has 6 days of live training on it so that people can get me teaching and then decide for themselves. You can still get it under the products tab on my site, Real Estate Riches in Under 10 Hours A Week, DVD Program. http://jimfleck.com

I always thought that was how things should be. I take the risk.

If you like the company and me, lets do more business together.

Good luck with all your real estate investing everyone, lots of opportunity out there right now.

    Jim
