Limited Power of Attorney Free Download
If you’ve reached the point in your business where it’s difficult to manage all the details of all your different properties, then it’s time to ask for help. Even if you’re a newbie and haven’t grown to this level yet, there may be circumstances which prevent you from having the time to make all the phone calls and work out all the details of an investment.
This Limited Power of Attorney form grants permission for an attorney, business partner, or other third party to get personal information regarding your loans or your business on your behalf. This can be as simple as getting payoff amounts from a bank to actually writing escrow checks or getting a tax ID number. But with increased security and privacy laws, banks can’t just give this info to anyone (thankfully!) so a notarized Limited Power of Attorney letter serves as your proof that your chosen person is indeed acting on your behalf.
