    Hi Trevor,
Thanks for the reviews. I’m trying to purchase Quicken Rental through
your link, but it still gives the price of $99. I’d like to save the $10 you advertise and give you the business since you’re giving us all this free info. How do I get this?

Also, have you had any experience with purchasing properties through an IRA?

My husband was laid off in January and he’s finally coming around to the
self-employment opportunity with me. I am a licensed realtor and have three rental properties. We would like to purchase more using his IRA rollover. Any advise or contacts?

    First things first…Quicken discount.

Thanks again. Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hey Deb,

Thanks for the email… actually Quicken Rental Property Manager 2.5 is their old version that they don’t even sell anymore. The review on this page was for that old version… they have a new version called Quicken Rental Property Mananger 2009 which you can find the link to that review at the top of this page. Yes, the 2.5 version was $99 and $89 with our $10 discount… but they don’t even sell it anymore.

For Quicken Rental 2009 their original price is $149… but they’re running a big special right now that’s $50 off… which brings it to the $99… which is a very good deal.

So, head to the top of this page and click the link to go to the Quicken Rental Manager 2009 review… check out the new features they added to the software… and get it while it’s still $99 because last month it was $119.

    Thanks again!

Yes, as far as using IRA’s… they are a great route… and I’ve been working with a company for a while that I absolutely love to handle the IRA rollover. I’ll be upfront… they’re not the cheapest… but they have the best service… do the job the quickest… and give you true checkbook control so you don’t have to be bound by having to have each investment approved through the sometimes long approval process with most other companies. Also, this company I’ve been using flat educates you through the rollover process better than any other company I’ve ever worked with.

Anyhow, shoot me an email through the contact page on this website and I’ll email you my persons info so you can get info about their services.

    Thanks!

    – Trevor
