Free Permission to Sublet Form

I’m not too big on letting my tenants sublet my rental units…but sometimes there are situations and properties that warrant a sublet situation. I found this simple permission to sublet form that puts together a simple agreement between you and the tenant to allow them to sublet the rental unit to another tenant.

Keep in mind… when you allow your tenants to sublet it can bring up quality control problems… so make sure that you keep good tabs on the sublet tenants that are allowed into your property.

As always, our attorneys make us say it… these forms are for reference only and you should always pass any forms you use for your business by a competent attorney in your local area to make sure they jive with all state, federal, and local law.

Thanks for the form, it was exactly what I was looking for.

As far as what works for me, mostly I market on craigslist, but I also have a flyer box outside the building. I get a lot of walkby traffic where I am.

Excellent! Your welcome Michelle! Great idea on the flyer box… I’ve seen that work great as well.
