Real Estate Building Statistics May 2011

In this latest report from John Burns Consulting, the analysts have found some interesting trends in some metro areas across the country. Specifically, they discuss why some stronger markets are seeing lower net sales this year and how last year’s very low sales are driving percentage increases in some distressed metros.

They also analyze the Year Over Year Change in Average Net Sales for March and include the building stats for many markets across the country.
