There’s hope for economic recovery on the horizon! Our friends at John Burns Consulting focused this report on Seattle, WA and the various signs they saw from multiple builders that the housing market is primed for a rebound.
They predict a strong employment recovery in 2011 and new home purchases are on the rise. They also noted that those builders who actually adapt their floor plans and pricing for the evolving market are doing well.
